1. System Overview
Sheenrun company has developed highway video monitoring system based on the advanced laser night vision camera,thermal imaging camera and event detecting and tracking technology. This system can quickly detect the abnormal conditions,such as traffic accident,vehicle converse running,illegal parking,traffic congestion,pedestrian,fire and fall-out,trigger alarm and automatically switch the alarming video image to monitoring picture of command center,making sure it detect the event the first time,locate accurately and inform the on-duty police and rescue vehicles to arrive immediately to dispose.
2. System Composition
We recommend that the front-end night vision camera adopt laser night vision camera with night vision distance of 1000m,two installed every 2km on trunk road. One is fixed,mainly for measurement of traffic parameter and detection of event,called detecting camera; The other is installed with pan-tilt,which can rotate 360°and be set to keep watching to measure and detect. And it can also rotate to the position of the event to monitor and track and reset itself after the event is disposed,which is called tracking camera.
We recommend IR thermal imaging camera or bi-spectral night vision camera including IR thermal camera in special road sections such as curves,abrupt slope and tunnel and where smoke,fog,rain and snow are frequent.
